Q:  What is the difference between checking out as a guest and signing up for an account?

A:  As a guest we take enough information to fulfill your order but if you have an account with Diehard Designs, you can go into your account to view your order status as well as order history.  Also, if you have an account, you have access to our FREE Wish List feature.  This allows you to save items you like on your Wish List so you can access them later.  You can even share your Wish List via email, text, or through your social media outlets.  Then, your friends and family can get you the gifts you really want!

Q:  Will I be charged taxes?

A:  We charge 7% sales tax on orders placed for Indiana.  

We do not charge sales tax on order placed outside of Indiana.*  

If you are placing an international order then it applicable taxes and duties may apply in your country.

Q:  Can I pay half now & half after I receive my order?

A:  No.  We only accept 100% of the payment up front prior to doing any work on Custom Jobs, be it apparel, promo products, logos, signage, etc.

Q:  Where can I ship my order?

A:  We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Germany, Mexico, and anywhere in the world that USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS goes. Diehard Designs is not responsible for any extra duty charges, damage done during delivery, or lost packages.

Q:  What payment methods do you accept?

A:  Online we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, & PayPal. 

Q:  How much are your custom shirts?

A:  It depends on many factors.  Are you talking Custom Made On Demand shirts?  If so, what kind of shirt?  There are many kinds.  T-shirt?  Ringer?  Sleeveless?  Long sleeve?  How many?  What color?  What size?  What size images?  How many images?  How many colors are in the images?  When do you need them by?  Since we can decorate with many different techniques to give you exactly what you want...there are a lot of possibilities.  With more information, we can then give you a more precise quotation.  Click HERE to Request a Quote for Custom Decorated Apparel.

Q:  When will my order ship?  When will I receive it?

A:  For shipping time please refer to the shipping method you chose during check out.

Officially Licensed Apparel, Cool Stuff, & Zippos are Made On Demand & are usually completed in 3-5 business days. Once completed, they are then shipped.

Our Custom Decorated products have a varying production turn around time depending on many factors including:

-When payment is processed.  (If ordered on Saturday or Sunday, the payment will not be processed until Monday.)

-The decoration method and/or level of complexity.

-Date needed by or RUSH upgrades.

-Quantity ordered.

-Blank stock availability.

Location & shipping service chosen can affect transit time.  We offer USPS for small orders and UPS Ground for larger orders.  In addition, we offer shipping upgrades like Overnight upon request.  

Diehard Designs may need to contact you if an issue arises with your order, so please make sure your information stays updated in your account.  All of our communication is done via e-mail and phone so it is vital that your contact information is accurate.

Q:  Do you offer Rush Services & Shipping?

A:  Yes, if you need to upgrade to RUSH services or shipping…please give us a call @ 317-292-7542.

Q:  How much is shipping?

A:  It all depends on the weight, dimensions, transit time chosen, etc.  Call for an exact quotation.

Q:  Where are you located?

A:  We are an online-based business but our physical office, studio, & warehouse is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

Q:  Can I order by phone?

A:  If you are encountering technical issues with our site, you are totally welcome to call our Customer Service at 317-292-7542 to place your order.  We are open Mondays through Fridays 9am - 6:00pm PST.

Q:  Can I order by e-mail?

A:  If you prefer to order via e-mail or if you do not find what you want on our site or in or Apparel Design Studio, shoot us an e-mail and describe your needs.  If we can help, we surely will.

Q:  I am (a professional wrestler, a mixed martial artist, a rapper, a comedian, a musician, in a band, traveling to a trade show)...can you ship to the venue, event center, or hotel I'll be at?

A:  Yes, not a problem!  We must have the address & contact info of the person who will be receiving it.  We can also ship to a nearby UPS location for you to pick up.

Q:  Do you offer discounts?

A:  Yes, we randomly, accidentally, & sometimes even purposely divvy out Diehard Designs Discount Codes.  Find them by following us on Twitter, Liking us on Facebook, or sending us your email address so we can add it to our mailing list.  When you get one, fill your cart then type it in when prompted at check out.  You can also call us and use the Discount Code on over the phone orders.

Q:  Do you offer Tall size T-Shirts?

A:  Yes. 

Q:  Can I send you my own garments for you to decorate?

A:  Yes.  First we must verify that we can Customize your provided garment(s) or product(s).  If we approve them, then you may send them to us or schedule a pick up locally. 

If we damage or misprint any of your provided garment(s) or product(s), we are not responsible for replacing or reimbursing you.  However, we will not charge you for the Customization cost of the damage or misprinted garment(s) or product(s).

Q:  What if I don't see my question answered?  Or what if I find an anomaly on the website?

Q:  Do you make the shirts you sell?

A:  We do offer Custom Print, Cut, & Sew Programs for clients looking for a really unique look, created from the ground up.  This is available with short runs or large quantities.  If you are interested, please click HERE & let us know what you are looking for.  

For the most part, we purchase only the highest quality apparel from manufacturers with strong reputations & years of experience and then Custom Decorate the apparel for our clients & customers.
