It was all a dream that became reality. Who could have ever imagined that what came out of Mike, Greg, Al, & me (Diehard Dustin Lee) meeting up at a Denny's would end up changing Pro Wrestling forever? The twists, the turns, the ups, the downs, the good, the bad, the rise, and the fall...it was a helluva roller coaster of a ride that gave starts to names you know today. With over a decade of hardwork, IPW's talent earned Indianapolis a strong reputation for hard-hitting, high flying, & hardcore innovative wrestling while the management provided a platform to perform & fun shows for the "smart" & casual fans, alike...setting the bar super high for all those who have attempted to proceed in Indy & the Midwest in general. IPW's influence did not stop in the Heartland as it eventually extended to other parts of the country & eventually other parts of the globe after several stars "got over" all over the world.
Insanity Pro Wrestling was exactly as it sounded...INSANE! Who would've thought that "if you build it, they will come" could be a reality? Before YouTube...before DVD even...IPW found a way. How crazy is that? And over the years...it grew & evolved...it helped guys have platforms to test their skills, work out their characters, & show off their moves. It became a place to be on Saturday night...and it's absence leaves Indianapolis with a empty spot filled by fond memories.
For sure, IPW was a blast...a once in a lifetime experience that we will surely never forget!
